Exiles EU is a "mature" guild, mostly consisting of adults that have RL responsibilities, but still want to enjoy WoW Ascension together.
The founders were sick of drama and micromanaging from other guilds and decided to take matters into their own hands 8)
Our general rules are pretty simple:
This pretty much sums it up. Don't be greedy, don't be needlessly mean, don't grief, don't take items from the guild bank just to sell them, show up on time for raids and be prepared, follow some simple instructions and guides and just be a pleasant person to be around.
We will not micromanage drama and we won't tolerate any kind of tantrums.
At the same time we do not care if you want to pug somewhere else or just take some "days off". This is not a job. Obviously we do notice absences, but no one will get "punished" for it.
